Family Resource Connections Support (FRCS) is dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities and their families through compassionate, person-centered support. We provide flexible, culturally responsive services tailored to each individual's unique goals, strengths, and needs.

Proudly serving families throughout Santa Clara and Santa Cruz Counties, our mission is to help individuals navigate resources, build independence, and strengthen connections within their communities. We believe every family deserves the support and guidance needed to create a future filled with confidence, opportunity, and belonging.

Founded in October 2025, Family Resource Connections Support was established with a simple mission: to empower individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families by providing compassionate, person-centered support and connecting them with the resources they need to thrive.

As a family-owned organization by a brother and sister who were born and raised in San Jose, California, we understand the importance of community, meaningful relationships, and individualized support. Growing up in the Bay Area has given us a deep appreciation our community we serve and the value of building lasting connections.

Our passion for serving clients of the regional center is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to helping individuals achieve greater independence, access essential services, and reach their personal goals through advocacy, guidance, and collaboration.

At Family Resource Connections Support, we believe every individual deserves to be heard, respected, and supported. Whether we're helping individuals and families navigate services, connecting them to community resources, or working alongside regional centers and other providers, our goal is to make the process easier while fostering confidence, independence, and inclusion.

We are honored to be part of each family's journey and look forward to continuing to serve our community with integrity, compassion, and dedication.
